Family owned and operated since 1989, Wild Marsh Sporting started with a desire to create a family-oriented place with a fun atmosphere for all who visit with hopes of leaving a legacy in the years to come.

Located in Clear Lake, Minnesota, we're more than just a shooting club; we believe in families and friends that can come together to enjoy this ever growing sport, while spending time in the outdoors. 

Chris and Debbie Mortensen had a vision and with their close friend, Dennis "Zeke" Steininger have come to see it grow over the years. Starting with just one 50 target course and manual traps to 4 - 50 target courses and automated traps with 2 - 3 trap presentations at each of the 32 stations to our rifle/pistol range and numerous fundraisers and events each year. Wild Marsh continues to grow and offer new opportunities and challenges to all that visit. 

Chris spends countless hours moving traps and setting trap presentations each month and when you call for assistance while on the course, you will probably see Chris whip on over! 

Zeke loves being at Wild Marsh and will always great you with a smile! If you ever get a chance to try one of "Zeke's burgers" during one of our tournaments, you will not be disappointed.

Deb is at the center of Wild Marsh and is the friendly face you will most likely meet in the building. If you have a question Deb is your person. 

Family is important to Chris and Deb, and you will see some of those family members throughout the year helping out here and there.
